Whilst we carefully check everything we sell, sometimes items may be defective in some way and you can rest assured that we will do all we can to rectify any fault.
When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any damage must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt of your order. We will arrange for collection and replacement. If this is not possible, you have the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.
Further, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
Should you decide that you wish to change your mind, you must notify us of your intent within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund the cost of goods as soon as we have received them in perfect condition. The refund is for the cost of goods only and does not cover the initial costs of despatching the goods to you and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You are also responsible for ensuring the goods are insured adequately as we will not be liable for any damage or loss to the goods whilst being returned to us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a insured recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us safely unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
The right to cancel your order during the 7-day cooling-off period will not apply for goods made to your specifications i.e. should a bespoke frame be ordered.
